Unca' John's BBQ Baby Back Ribs
4 slabs Baby Back Ribs
3 Tblsp or more Unca’ John’s BBQ Dry Rub
1 1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce

Remove membrane from back side of ribs. Sprinkle and rub both sides of ribs with Unca’ John’s BBQ Dry Rub. Put ribs in zip lock bag and refrigerate 4 hrs to overnight. Remove bag from refrigerator and let the ribs come to room temperature in the bag.

Prepare smoker or set up grill for indirect heat. Smoke/grill ribs on Med-Hi heat (approx. 350oF) meat side up for 1 hr. Turn ribs over and brush with BBQ sauce. Smoke/grille for 30 min. longer. Flip ribs back over and brush with more BBQ sauce. Smoke/grille for 30 min. longer. (Rib bones should be sticking out from the meat when they are done. If not, let them go a little longer.)

Remove ribs from smoker/grill, cover with foil, and let stand for 15 min. Slice between bones into individual riblets, and enjoy!
